COUNCIL has unanimously voted to issue a conditional permit to TARGA for their High Country event slated to take place February 10–12 next year.

The permit is subject to TARGA obtaining approval from Regional Roads Victoria and Motorsport Australia at the conclusion of a review currently being undertaken.
