THE Eagles seniors' football side has bowed out of the GVL finals following a loss to the Euroa Magpies in the preliminary final last Sunday.
In a match that saw play stopped for half an hour as a crackling lightning storm rolled through Shepparton, it was the Magpies who ultimately struck against an Eagles side who just couldn't hit their strides on the day.
