A STAGED 37-lot subdivision north of the Boorhaman township has been approved by Rural City of Wangaratta council despite 16 objections against it.
Located on 23.4 hectares, 400 metres north of the Boorhaman Recreation Reserve, it will be the largest housing development the town has seen in its history, with lots ranging from 5000m2 to 6000m2.
