NORTH East Media has welcomed Phoebe Morgan as the new editorial journalist for the Alpine Observer and Myrtleford Times newspapers.
Phoebe commenced in the Myrtleford office last week, replacing Brodie Everist who recently departed to work at the Bendigo Advertiser.
