MORE than 80 people attended last Thursday evening's 'Healthy Hearts Community Talk', hosted by Alba Health at St Paul's Church in Myrtleford.
Attendees were able to gain expert insights regarding heart disease prevention and management, hear some top tips for maintaining a healthy-heart lifestyle and to find out more about the free Healthy Hearts Program introduced last year.
