Local Seniors Festival geared for mallets, ropes, confidence

THE ancient game of croquet is often under estimated for its enjoyment and health benefits.

Bright boasts Victoria's second oldest croquet club which was founded in 1904 for local gold miners' wives who were forbidden to play lawn bowls.

This October the club is offering locals and tourists opportunity to enjoy the game as part the 2022 Victorian Seniors Festival.
