A BRIGHT bus driver who last week failed to give way at an intersection has been given a penalty notice after crashing into a vehicle on the corner of Park Street and Deacon Avenue around 9am Wednesday morning.
The driver of the vehicle was assessed on scene by Ambulance Victoria and sustained no major injuries, before being taken to Wangaratta Hospital as a precaution.
