AS part of Marian College's year nine Alternative Program, the class rode their bikes to Pepo Farms at Ovens to pick sunflowers.
After taking pre–orders the students picked 350 stems that they sold for $1 each, with funds going to Caritas Australia, as part of a larger fundraising effort by the school.
At the end of the day the few buckets left over were donated to the Myrtleford Lodge.
