THE Cross Country Skiing Association of Victoria (XCSAV) will go up against Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) today after the local body lodged an appeal with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) against the Falls Creek Lakeside Development Project.
