BEECHWORTH-Eldorado Anglican priest Matthew Healy, Rutherglen-Chiltern’s Scott Jessup and Mansfield’s former priest Melissa Clark - now vicar of Holy Trinity Benalla - have been appointed archdeacons in the Anglican Diocese of Wangaratta.
