FOR the annual Dookie Wine Show, Strathbogie wineries were declared winners, as Maygars Hill 2018 was awarded best shiraz with a gold medal and same for their reserve cabernet.
Maygars Hill, in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges was most importantly awarded the top trophy – Wine of Show – at the long awaited presentation lunch at Mitchelton Winery recently.
