HOUSE PRICES: Bright is in the top 30 regional suburbs with the highest growth in land values.

BRIGHT is continuing to prove it’s the place to be this month after appearing in the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s top 30 regional suburbs with the highest growth in land value.

At just number four, the town has had a 142 per cent change in five years; going from a $338 median price per metre squared in 2014 to $819 median price per metre squared in 2019.

Sales manager at Dickens Real Estate in Bright Gerard Gray said the town reflects the REIV’s findings for the most part.
