THE Myrtleford Saints have appealed AFL North East Border’s decision to give them zero extra player points for next season, submitting a plea on Monday.

After an improved and history-making 2019 campaign, the Saints will need to play at the league cap of 38 points, should their appeal be rejected.

President Ian Wales said despite a brilliant year on-field for the seniors and thirds sides, zero extra points was a little harsh for his club.
