WINTER might not be the time of year when a garden is abundant with growth but what is available at the Bright Community Garden is still ample for those involved.
The garden, which is located behind the Anglican Church hall, has been built up over the past three years thanks to a passionate group of local people.
“It’s been great, there’s quite a number of people who are now involved,” Strahan Anderson said.
“There was an initial group who got it off the ground and then some others have come on-board in the last year and a half which has been great.
“Everyone is really involved and does their bit for the garden when they can.”
