UP TO THE TASK: Amanda Chrystal, Eddie Costenaro and Phil Hill took part in Whorouly Football Netball Club’s ice bucket challenge for MND.

WHOROULY Football Netball Club raised more the $1500 on Saturday to help fight Motorer Neuron Disease.

A week after AFL great Neale Daniher’s fourth Big Freeze took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Lions had their own ice bucket challenge during the weekend’s home game against Tarrawingee.

Club president Eddie Costenaro, Whorouly footballer and Alpine Lions coach Phil Hill and Alpine Lions player Amanda Chrystal had a bucket of ice tipped on their head at halftime of the senior football match.
