TWO brothers from one of Bright’s most respected footballing families recently played milestone matches.

Steve and Brad Nightingale both chalked up their 200th senior game for Bright in recent weeks.

While 200 might only be half of what their father Ross Nightingale totalled for the club, their contributions to the club are on par.

Brad was the first to reach the 200-game mark doing so on June 18 against Benalla while Steve would have the following week had it not been for a two week holiday.

The older brother’s milestone came on Saturday against Whorouly.

Despite Brad being four years younger the reason he was first to the mark was due to two stints Steve had playing in the Ovens and Murray at Myrtleford.
